Learn how you can sell with us
The first step to selling your item at the shop is to receive a free valuation from one of our specialists. Once you have received your estimate, and if you are happy with it, our staff will help you to consign your item to our shop.
The easiest way to receive your estimate is to use our online valuation form here by providing photographs and as much detail as possible.
We also offer valuations in person at our Sofia saleroom.
Crown Antique Auction House offer an open door policy every Saturday from 10am – 4pm, alternatively you can arrange an appointment by calling +359 888 900746.
If your goods are too large to bring in for a valuation or if you are looking to clear house contents, please contact us and we can arrange for one of our valuers to visit your home.

Completing the below form will send your request through to one of our valuers who will respond to you within 2 working days.
Valuations are free of charge if you consign your items on our shop.
If you decide to consign your item to our shop or to one of our auctions, you will sign a contract, and Crown Antique Auction House will take the item in for cataloguing. The seller’s contract provides details of your reserve price and seller’s commission.
You will be notified of the product number allocated to your item.
Charges & Commission to Sellers
Our seller’s commission charge is 10% (plus VAT) on items with a price of over $2,500, or 15% (plus VAT) for items with a price under $2,500.
A Marketing fee is charged at 1.5% (plus VAT) of item price.
